This beautiful, 7,200 square-foot, fast-track restaurant and bar project is on the main floor of an eight-story office tower that was under construction. The project included the development of a full kitchen, two bars and a unique set of finishes for an urban feel. Friede crews and subcontractor teams were responsible for the installation of all under slab utilities and pilings for the internal mezzanine; floor concrete; steel stud and drywall work; floor coverings and other miscellaneous finishes; full-mechanical system, including fire protection; and kitchen and bar equipment. It faced record flooding in downtown Madison through its first month and a massive winter storm as it was being completed. The project still managed to stay on schedule and budget.
