The View at Johnson Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care Community

The View at Johnson Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care Community features 56 apartments that can accommodate 64 residents. Located on the former site of the well-known Gobbler Motel and Restaurant, Consolidated Construction Company worked closely with the village for the right kind of replacement. The owner and CCC navigated an intense pre-qualification plan, during which every aspect of the project was questioned and scrutinized to reach a common vision for both the location and the community. It fosters a ‘neighborhood’ concept throughout the building. The sprawling six-wing design delivers amazing views from every room and stands in stark contrast to the original Gobbler buildings. Much of the construction was done offsite and assembled onsite. Excavation and construction on a difficult-to-access sloping site required extensive safety and logistics planning. The project was completed with zero injuries/safety-related incidents.
