Sundara – Woodland Reflections

Woodland Reflections at Sundara expanded their resort by adjoining a 10,330-square-foot, single-story addition and a 700-square-foot yoga deck in less than six months. It consists of two new four-plex units, with a communicating door between every two rooms to maintain privacy and entertain larger groups. Each thoughtfully-designed space provides cozy accommodations for each guest, complete with a designer-spa shower system, in-floor heat, an inviting fireplace, a private balcony, and a luxurious whirlpool tub. Since Sundara remained in operation throughout construction, a close partnership with the owner ensured success while minimizing impact on the guests. Construction hours were limited to coincide with guest check in/out times to maintain the notorious oasis of tranquility status. With a shared common space, cooperation and coordination of schedules was essential to break down tasks and allocate the trades during each phase of the project.
