Springs at Sun Prairie

Springs at Sun Prairie is a multi-family complex with 228 units in 12, two-story apartment buildings. Using innovative GPS technology, Wondra Construction completed the earthwork and site utilities, including two stormwater retention ponds, two months ahead of schedule and with a clean safety record. The project, located over a major high-pressure gas pipeline, required special precautions. It began with rock blasting for the installation of the sanitary sewer, while several of the building pads required a surcharge to increase the ground bearing strengths beneath the proposed footings.
