The Park Bank Fish Hatchery project is a 10,086-square-foot, steel-framed, two-story build. This project was multi-phased. It included the demolition of the old branch, construction of a new core and the buildout of three tenant spaces. The project was challenging but very rewarding for McGann Construction, Inc., Park Bank, and their tenants. This project persevered in unsuitable soils, a congested construction site, phased tenant turnovers and material and labor unavailability due to the pandemic. Through constant communication, weekly Zoom meetings and onsite meetings, McGann Construction ensured that all details were coordinated with Park Bank and their tenants. When completed, The Park Bank Fish Hatchery branch received a beautiful building acting as a gateway into Fitchburg.
