One Menasha Center

One Menasha Center is an eight-story, 118,200 square foot building that houses Faith Technologies’ Innovation Center and offers space for Menasha’s economic development. Faith served as the engineer, with scope of work including electrical systems, power, lighting, fire alarm, low voltage systems, and HVAC controls. Due to timing, Faith Technologies was not part of developing the building footprint, floor count, or core and exterior building shell design, but Faith’s internal innovation team comprised of electrical power, lighting, building automation, specialty electric systems, space planning and layout and facility experts became dedicated to the project to propel it forward, finishing a month ahead of schedule and within budget.
