The Lodi Veterinary Care project involved adding more than 14,000 square foot to a highly-successquare footul veterinary service, along with the complete renovation of the existing facility and correction of structural deficiencies. The new structure includes both wood and masonry walls and major upgrades to the entire mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems. Friede self performed more than 40 percent of the project using value engineering and enlisted the help of 45 ABC members during construction. The community wholeheartedly supported these improvements as the project would become the centerpiece of a main street renovation effort.
