Isometric Micro Molding, LLC

The Isometric Micro Molding, Inc. expansion project in New Richmond required meticulous planning to bring alive two new ISO 7 Class 10,000 clean rooms, development lab, automation fab lab and other specialized spaces. The critical systems of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC were crucial to the success of the project. The subcontractors providing the services were conscientious and dedicated throughout the process, reliably attending progress meetings, and actively staying on top of project communication. When the project was being designed, two new press machines were planned. When the project was underway, Isometric Micro Molding brought a new challenge of planning for a total of 11 press machines to be installed in the future. This change required a significant reconfiguration of the mechanical systems for the in-progress expansion area. During the work week, Isometric’s machines needed to stay operational, and dust generated from the finish work could not be present while the machines were running. Exceptional care and caution were required to minimize dust using additional vacuums, masking, and other precautions.
