This new 5,200 square foot prototype restaurant was built in six months over the winter. It is a panelized wood structure with a beautiful mix of exterior finishes and a fun and inviting interior highlighted by the six-foot-wide, 1,900 pound, stainless steel grill. It had to be delivered in mid-winter before the walls could go up. The method of construction was chosen to reduce the overall construction period and to accomodate a very tight construction site. Both ADCI and Friede worked closely to design and build a project that will be used in the future as a model for other HuHot franchises around the country. Friede used 44 ABC members on the development of this project.
