This state-of-the-art cold storage facility was built on time and on budget even with substantial delays from mother nature. The footprint of this state-of-the-art refrigerated warehouse is 111,080 square feet and offers distinctive features like custom-designed blast freezers and a new rail spur for means of transporting product to the coasts. This location serves as an international export center. Because this is a food distribution center, the project required all food processing regulations be adhered to during the project. The project team worked together to bring this new facility to life in a safe and timely manner. The $15.8 Million dollar began in July 2016 and finished in July 2017.
