Exact Sciences – Building 3

Faith Technologies was the electrical and specialty systems contractor on the Exact Sciences Building 3 Project – the Amenities Building in Madison. Exact Sciences provides laboratory services for early detection cancer screenings. Faith Technologies provided all electrical systems, including LED lighting and controls, distribution and power, security and alarm systems within the entire 101,000‐square‐foot building. Provisions were made to keep staff in adjacent buildings safe during construction. All power shutdowns had to be carefully coordinated to prevent work disruptions so Cologuard® customers could receive services from the call center. It was critical that all electrical raceways be hidden or concealed to uphold the beautiful architectural design, consisting of high‐end windows, ceiling tiles and light fixtures. Faith Technologies used building information modeling (BIM) coordination to provide clash detection.
