American Players Theatre Up-The-Hill Addition & Renovations

Kraemer Brothers completed 12 projects in the American Players Theatre Up-The-Hill Campus, including the existing control booth, Stage Right Shed, Dressing Room, Shower Building, Laundry Room, Restrooms, Clubhouse and Rehearsal Building. The 28,550 square feet of new construction and renovations met an aggressive construction schedule, despite work taking place over winter months and accommodating the APT schedule. The construction had a hard deadline due to the theater schedule, and Kraemer Brothers worked around spring practice times to accommodate the crews who needed time to make settings and practice in the new area before the first show.
