Course Description:
As an experienced professional, you have learned how to use the tools of your trade and master your skills. Transition to Trainer will help you understand how you can share your knowledge and experience with others in your field.
Course Objectives:
– Understand your role as a job site trainer
– Learn how to be a coach and mentor
– Explore how to maintain a positive work environment
– Examine the process for giving useful feedback
This 8-hour course was developed by the Bureau of Apprenticeship Standards and is required for all final year apprentices prior to graduation.
