Eurofins – Food Integrity and Innovation Lab

Faith Technologies was integral to the 108,000-square_foot Eurofins Food Integrity project in Madison. Faith provided preconstruction, construction and manufacturing expertise to work through numerous design changes while improving the schedule. Faith Technologies’ Excellerate division provided 20% offsite prefabrication in a controlled manufacturing environment, which enhanced productivity and safety. The contractor provided all of the electrical systems, including 3,000 AMP main power distribution and 180 kW uninterrupted power supply (UPS), supported by rooftop solar panels and critical systems such as security access and closed_circuit TV (CCTV) monitoring, a noise cancelling system and the building?s fire alarm system. This integrated design_assist project was completed in 15 months, overcoming multiple scope changes and meeting the project?s aggressive time schedule on this state_of_the art laboratory for nearly 400 Eurofins team members at the location.
