ABC Supply Stadium

Situated on a tight footprint along the Rock River, the ABC Supply Stadium was constructed in 13 months by Corporate Contractors, Inc. (CCI). The three-level, 67,000-square-foot, classic brick structure is home to the Beloit Flying Carp baseball club and is the only stadium in the nation meeting all current Major League Baseball facility requirements. It features a turf field, 360-degree concourse, grandstands, offices, player facilities, batting tunnels, entertainment zones, maintenance building and parking areas. In addition to the pandemic and the resulting material delay challenges, CCI dealt with worksite challenges, including significant contaminated soil remediation and dewatering while installing underground utilities within feet of the river. More than 1,300 geopiers were installed to improve structural integrity of the ground beneath construction. CCI implemented value-engineering strategies for alternative lighting, HVAC, environmental, plumbing, concrete, fencing and finishes.
