Kettle Park West Tru Hilton Hotel

Kettle Park West Tru Hilton is a four story, wood-framed hotel in Stoughton that Stevens Construction Corp. completed in just over eight months. The project overcame cold weather challenges amid an early winter. The team used a self-erecting tower crane and safety pole system to increase productivity and make safe and easy picks of the prefabricated wall panels and trusses. Occupancy was achieved prior to the scheduled completion date, which allowed for the hotels’ furniture and equipment to be installed early. Safety was a key priority, as it was essential that no losses were incurred despite the tight timeline. The resulting hotel is a vibrant and affordable hotel with 88 guestrooms, indoor pool, fitness room, stunning lobby with work areas, breakfast bar, game area and lounge. The hotel’s exterior and interior are full of vibrant colors and finishes that grabs the eye and stands out from a distance.
