Hinterland Brewery HVAC and Plumbing Insulation

Hinterland Restaurant and Brewery is an anchor in the Titletown District across from historic Lambeau Field. Performance Firestop, Inc. completed all insulation for the 20,000 barrel facility. The unique, 20,000 square-foot brewery features a main floor brew pub and restaurant, lounges with two signature wood-burning fireplaces, tasting rooms, a heated beer garden, an intimate 75-seat restaurant and private dining areas for special events. The contractor implemented a plan to prevent backflow of smoke from the wood-fired ovens. Exhaust stacks were extended 20-plus feet and a structure was designed to conceal it to maintain consistency with exterior finishing.
