Lyric Apartments

The Lyric is a stunning 11-story addition to the growing line of high-rise luxury apartments along the east corridor of Madison. The mixed-use building has 80,000 square feet of office space, 138 luxury apartments and three levels of parking. The removal of large and deteriorating structures with basements below the water table, along with the presence of asbestos, made their removal very tedious. Contaminated soils required special soil remediation and HAZMAT expertise. Stevens Construction installed 650 piles into bedrock 40 feet below ground. The stunning exterior consists of masonry and metal panels. Units have natural wood doors and trim, solid wood cabinets and quartz countertops.
