Beaver Dam Cold Storage

Beaver Dam Cold Storage (BDCS) is part of a family business that provides logistics, including transportation and cold storage to clients. One of their premier clients had a lease for freezer space coming due on May 1, 2017. W.D.S. Construction worked with the client on numerous options and to accommodate financing. The client decided on a new, 90,000 square foot facility in the Beaver Dam Industrial Park. The new facility has ample freezer and cooler space to accommodate the new client and room for future expansion. The May 1 drop-dead deadline was met, despite wet weather and five weeks of a project shut down for pending financing.
