Stateline Family YMCA

The CCI build team successfully completed a challenging transformation of a former 80,000-square-foot river-front manufacturing site in Beloit into the Stateline Family YMCA athletic facility. The Ironworks building’s gritty industrial character was methodically preserved, and state-of-the-art amenities created an $11 million, one-of-a-kind sports center. The facility features an indoor water park with three pool areas and whirlpool, childcare facilities, basketball court, racquetball courts, three locker rooms, exercise rooms, a second-floor rubber running track, fitness center, weight room and administrative office areas. Not one area remained untouched by the transformation.
