Job Description
Sheet metal professionals cut and mold sheets of metal into products used for installing and repairing ventilation and air ducts. They also construct aluminum siding, metal roofing, and gutters. These professionals must have a knowledge of mathematics, blueprint reading, and drafting. They must be able to use some hand and power tools such as riveting machines and hammers. Future career path opportunities include jobs as estimators, inspectors, distribution managers project managers, trade instructors, and foreman.

  • Accuplacer test with a score of 66 or higher on Reading Comprehesion and 66 or higher on Arithmetic, and 33 or higher on Algebra. Click here for more testing information.
